One
basic precept of leadership is that we lead by example. This statement
of the obvious seems dubious however as leaders we sometimes fail
to recognize the extent to which others emulate our behavior.
Our leadership training programs
are designed to present a framework in which leaders develop the
means to more positively influence others around them in order to
achieve desired outcomes. This is done through creating a pseudo
company in our workshop in which expectations are set, and outcomes
are rewarded while repercussions for setbacks are realized. All
exercises are conducted in the spirit of learning and fun. An ancillary
benefit to such an approach is to learn to fully utilize all available
resources to achieve daunting if not seemingly impossible objectives.
On request and for the less
experienced manager, we can instruct in the development of a consistent
and successful management philosophy referred to as MBA - Management
By Agreement. The application of such a philosophy provides
the manager with a consistent behavioral style which can promote
trust and loyalty between the manager and their team.
We
can deliver our 1-2 day workshops right to your company's door or
provide a customized workshop at the location of your choice, on
any of our topics pertinent to your organization's training goals.
